Soothing

ESR is loaded with current local scenery, many made into strange n colorful altered images. Words describe some of SnaggleTooth's life n opinions. Most poems on ESR are spontaniously written into the editor. Enjoy the sights n whimsey.

At least I was hanging around at the right time to catch this nifty sunset on the coves. It was even worth the gazillion sustained NoSeeUm bites-

The Huckleberry tree is berrying, n many birds are chirping out the window, yet remain invisible to Digi-Cam. This year, I can reach some berries from the Bathroom window, so I got a few for breakfast the past few days.
The deck plants are doing well so far. All my turnips, n beets are protected with chicken n hardware wire. Maybe I'll get to eat them before the squirrels do this time- I'm trying to figure out where the radishes went to in here someplace.
I bought some bargain flats of annuals, some with pretty burgandy n pink Petunias for .50 cents each at Shaws market last week! (I love really good bargains). I cut most of the blooms off already, but they'll bounce back soon to compete with the previous blue-violet pansies bargain. N I haven't even spent $5 bux yet!...

Sometimes you cross your fingers, look to the skies, n luck points you which way to go... (This arrow was taken off the deck before heading out to the pier, n points to the pier!)

Funny enough, I had a constantly interrupted dream sequence consisting of being in a new, huge apartment building with tons of doors. I left my new apartment, n couldn't find the right door on the way back! I kept knocking on doors n introducing myself to tons of strangers. Each apartment I went to on my quest to figure out how to get back, had pet dogs... Oy! (How strange).
Today was a pop-up storm day, n while thunder could be heard not far away in the spotty cloud towers (Sandwich got them) my area was spared. I slept pretty late to make up for yesterdays debackle.
If you're interested in some more fun cloud pics, visit my old buddy. Carmi, who's running a Thematic "cloud" photo series this week. (His link has been in my side bar almost forever... well since 2006...) I do like clouds!

My thoughts on the oil in the Gulf of Mexico is affected by my knowledge from college courses taken in Earth n Ocean science. I wrote an ESR post, "Just Ducky," on the fact it has been proven that objects in one ocean can eventually end up in all seven oceans via the major currents.
