"Where is Spring?" so many people asked me all day...
"We 're gonna shoot that Groundhog liar-" my stock answer.
We're due for a thimble drop of 50 F degrees unfrozen weather Thursday, n it's Day Off! I hope I get out to the Post Office n stroll the beach without wearing 7 layers of fabric.
There's so much clean-up to tackle here, I just want to forget about... Tho the laundry has to get done, the rest may wait a bit.
I hope the little peek of Spring becomes braver n sticks around more, instead of teasing me n going icy again.
I don't know how it happened.... How the price of the traditional, large Irish family feast for St Pattie's Day ended up costing so much. Well, at least cabbage finally went down to .59 cents per pound, so I have that.
I saw the group, "Well Strung" on a late night re-run of "Today" early this am. They integrated a classical Mozart score with a Kelly Clarkson song, n sing harmony in the "mash-up." The video is
Here if you're interested. I like the different styles together. I always enjoy violins, violas, n cellos.
I should practice mine more, wonder if the hands are up to it yet...
