Groovy

Have you ever written anything stupid on a wall or object just to amuze yourself?
.
Recently at work, on one of the large metal racks which carry food to the stores which needs work, in black marker someone wrote, "ME NO ROLL."
.
So on the next tier underneath it I added,
"YOU NO ROCK."
.
I keep encountering the same rack during work, n every time I see the words, it brings me to a silly, ironic spot. It reminds me of my musical self. Also, you do have to rock the cart to get it to move...

That's funny, Snaggle. :) I amused myself one day in traffic by writing my name in the dust collecting under the radio console of my car. A sure sign it's time to give the car a good cleaning.

Love the photos! I'm wracking my brains trying to remember if I ever created any graffiti and then I remembered writing my initials (a friend did, too) in cement back in 1969 in a city sidewalk in Niagara-on-the-lake when they were redoing a section. My friend (who still lives there) told me a few years ago that the intitials are still there - lol!

Well, I know I've written a lot of stupid stuff on my blog just to amuse me.

I wrote on my dad's truck with permanent market as a child, which was not entirely well received by him.

And I'm sure I've written lots of nutty stuff to amuse in public, but I'm woebegone to recall any at this very moment. We did write the name of my godmother's camp in the woods on a huge pair of bloomers we hung from a tree. I guess that counts, right??

Lynn, Thanks for sahring. I've been known to write "wash me" on the outside of dirty cars. Up here they get badly coated with road salt. Some folks leave the film on all spring.
I'm allergic to dust mites, so wash the dashboard often.

Talon, Thanks. Lucky you being immortalized in Niargara cement! I'd be making periodic field trips to check! I remember carving my nickname in a few camping picnic tables with my jackknife.

Paige, Must've been long ago to not remember! I see... invoking the 5th amendment to protect the innocent-

JanF, Bloggy doesn't qualify as graffetti, tho is quite amusing!
Permanent marker is great for readability! You should've written "I heart you Daddy"...
Camp name on huge bloomers flying in the breeze sounds very, very funny! Makes a lovely banner-
Thanks for sharing.

Not sure.

However, I did write a sign on the copier that attracted graffiti.

I graffiti a lot in dust instead of, you know, actually dusting. lol

And lately, I've been graffiti-ing quite a bit on a sketch pad. Technically it's called drawing. I'm not very good at it. But it's a lot of fun, and very relaxing. :-D

G, Ah, also pleading the 5th- But you seem to attact it in co-workers...

ThommaLyn, I like to call that pen filling in blank paper with odd stuff "doodling." It's really good for your hands to excercise. I like to draw with permanent markers like Sharpies. Sometimes, they're keepers too. Last Easter I did a rabbit sharing a carrot with a horse, still hanging up. Blue Bunny would be jealous!

BB, My food budget is way down, n work has forbidden taking the bakery goods for the winter, so I am also on an involuntary diet, craving my carbs! Lucky you-
