The last day of February is over, with no leap, n sub-freezing Temps. At least it made the 20's today, a step up from the past two days. The wind-chill here was reported at -7 F. Yesterday, the wind died down today also. A new month of new starts n a new spring season.
Of course the ground hog , which is also a woodchuck, said 6 more weeks of winter, if he's to be believed.
In like a lion, out like a lamb (we hope) ...

Hi Kiwi, Ya wouldn't believe how many clothes I wear out in this! I also bring emergency cover like a "Seabreeze" fleece hat, scarf, n extra gloves with me.
I was wonderin if your NZ winters get like this too, being so close to Anartica there ? Hmmm
I'm raising a chamo tea to clink with yours, and glad to see you are bundling up. Brrrrr.... almost makes me feel guilty that it was in the 70's yesterday (wednesday). We are expecting that the temps will drop by the weekend.... but not that low.
In the meantime, I am enjoying the fact that I can open the windows and flush out the winter doldrums.

Yeah... I think autumn is here now... yipeeeeee. Two weeks before daylight savings ends, and we'll be in the cold weather while it warms up for you! (I hope!)

OiLfield, ya, me too! Just got home at 1 am n had to shovel to get in the driveway because of the plow-pile. That pic's got me chucklin a few times thinkin of people driving by reading it n wonderin how long it took the boss to see it!
CJ, ya we have two weeks to spring here, but not according to the foot of new fluff-stuff out there... Hope ya get a few more pleasant n warm days, n garden bounty.
