She dressed prissy n was fussy about everything. Her hair doo was just so, the dangly earrings hung perfectly. She took hours to prepare. Every outing an affair. Making an impression was everything...

He was earthy n the down home sort. His blue eyes glowed with a penetrating intensity. The scruffy hair n scraggly beard, he'd never spent much attention on. A worn grey cap was for comfort, not looks. He didn't care what anyone thought...

Who knew so much matchmaking could be made using Paint Shop. :) That's fun, Snaggle.

Ha, ha, ha, I love how you let your imagination run with these.

I like his cap and his scruffiness. :)

And will we hear more about their meeting? :)

The two were one
and yet not known
by the other,
Someday they’ll meet
in the mirror of life
but will they know
they’re the same

Who knew such characters lurked in the sand and that a romance could develop.

Lynn, I did play Yente in Fiddler in High School... Strange how they appeared...

JanF, I do the writing excersize from strange pics all the time. (Take any two objects, n describe them). These two tho, were from the same pic! "We may yet, Mr Frodo..." Thanks

Ellis, Ah, only time will tell... Perhaps the mystery will haunt them, as on different sides of the looking glass-

Talon, That deceiving sand... hiding lives under gull tracks n buried seaweed...
Hmmm, hadn't thought of a Leprechaun! Thanks
