Painted Sky
.

.
.
While the sun was setting over the M-cove last Day Off, over on the opposite side of the D-bridge this was the sky scene over the B-cove. Nothing defines space quite like high-dotted sirus clouds.

After trying tons of effects on it, I decided this simple color work was my Fave...
Ellis, Not only was all this Earth stuff created for us, we were made able to create too! luckily, the real sky is immune to my tricks...
LLcoolJ, it truelly is sometimes, n I like when I have a working cam to save it for later...
Talon, Fluffy Clouds are always unique- I'm sure we both have a pathetically large cloud photo collection! Thanks
Lynn, Thanks- It's fun to share a good pic.
Opaque, I have PaintShop Pro by Jasc in '02, with which I can change pallets n customize all of the effects. This one is a custom color metallic self-made effect discovered last week- The more I play, the more I find!
I feel totally out of step with the times. My artistic endeavors can only be accomplished with marker pens and paper. I want all those neat drawing programs on wireless.
Gran Annie, but you are really good at what you do! I have tons of markers here, myself, but don't make time to practice the tonal concepts you've got going. I get frustrated with dried up ones n I always have a search for one that will kind of do- as the cap never matches the color exactly. You could always sign up for a free trial of a paint program.
BB, Yes the clouds are nifty in the cold wind, but change very fast. I missed getting pics of the purply-pink ones tonight- *rats* Well, can't have time every day... The coves are small, but good! Thanks for the visit
Artist Alert!
I create all kinds of things. Closet musician, song-writer, Story, NF writer, Book Designer, Poet, Painter, n Sculptor. Working another job tho. Long hair, fairly ancient.
Where's the Dough? Maybe I'll get paid some instead of eating it. I'll get there one day soon, because I'm very determined n hard-working. Some one has to do it! As usual, I'll volunteer.
Time n energy helps.

Yes sometimes simple is the best but then how can we change God’s handy work
Wow that sky is amazing!
I love clouds - and you are so right about them defining space. What a fabulous description! Gorgeous shot, Snaggle!
That is just beautiful.
Sky looks more vibrant... what technique are you using?
