A wave? A really big one? I thought at first it was a dragon or a cobra. :)

Paige, Also an excellent guess. Almost like Voldemort!? It does look very different from what it is...
I thought of some form of clouds or rain, but I could be off the mark. I love the movement and colors and how the vehicles look in the photo.
