Fly

.
Fly, follow along.
Fellow traveler keep up-
We ride high aloft
Over the waves
In the last of the suns rays.

Another day begins to fade.
Soon we'll sleep in the dark
At the edge of the surf.
Waiting again for
A brillant sunrise
.
To chase us again.
We'll fly-

I love the gulls winging against the sunset sky. And beautiful words to go with the lovely image, Snaggle.

Fly on
for their are
no yesterdays

by the sun

Do you ever do portraits using this technique?

Talon, Thanks! Never know What I've stashed away that will suddenly bring words sprouting forth. I am one of the gulls- But it's an analogy for blogging also! Or imagining also-

Ellis, Thankyou for flying with me-

Lynn, Thanks- the pic is from back in September, but the words n effects just happened this am.

Gran Annie, Not yet really, just a few of the kids pics last spring, but I hadn't found the setting I'm using now... It's terrible how much time I play with these things! I'm sure you know the feeling...

Like the optimism in this one... there is always a sunrise that follows a sunset...

Ahhhhh, I thought they were eating flies until the very end.

I wonder if seagulls are light or heavy sleepers? Light, I'd day like all birds.

Do seagulls sing songs of joy in the morning?

xoxo

Opaque, thanks. I look forward to each setting n each rise here!

JanF, They're such free spirits, the gulls. They aren't song birds- but do squeal alot when fighting over shell fish. What i remember most vividly from that pic moment was the fluttering sound of their wings.
