Before moving on to greener sproutings, just wanted to include one of my fav beach being wild in the winter shots, from way back in January...

Snaggle Tooth, we had four inches the other day...and all I could think when I looked out at the white world was that it looked like January all over again.

Nice shot - I can't wait until you share some of your "green" shots!

Talon, I'm sorry to hear it snowed on your spring parade! I've been argueing with my urge to rake, because it still may be too soon to remove the plant protection layer. It was only one degree over freezing this am here. I'm too superstitious to put away the shovel too!

Wow, January, eh?

I am quite envious of your poet / songwriters paradise there.

Which rememnds me of a snippet of a poem dancing in me.

Poets, beware of ocean-longing poems
for once you reach the sand and surf there will still be something your soul is missing. Always.

A poet's life eh? :)

JanF, Isin't the winter beach beautiful? Wow, I really like your words! But my soul will always be bound to this place- the piece is only missing when I go somewhere else...
